DASIT project aims to upscale a highly innovative INTOOLIGENT monitoring system for the Injection Moulding Industry through developing and integrating the required IoT and CPS systems, cloud, AI, wireless technologies, and intelligent autonomous powering.

The industrial transition towards smart mobility and smart household appliances requires forming new advanced materials, bi-material, functionally graded components, and geometrically complex components.  Smart monitoring and controlling of the forming processes is the key factor for the productivity and the safety of the related forming processes.

The upscaled INTOOLIGENT will answer this by providing the injection moulding industry by the most advanced monitoring systems and a highly pertinent traceability of the process data, productivity, moulds, and machines wherever their place in this world.
